Ramen Shop [Taichi] / ラーメン処 「多一」

There's a new ramen shop that recently opened in my neighborhood. It is called "Taichi". After checking out the cherry blossoms at Kendoji Temple, I decided to treat myself here for lunch.

僕の近所に最近新しいラーメン屋が出来た。店名はラーメン処「多一」。見道寺の桜を見たあと、ここでランチを食べることに決めてたんだ。

The building looks a little small from the outside, but once you go in, it's quite spacious.

そとの外見から見ると、狭く感じますが、店に入ったら店内は凄い広い。

As with most ramen shops in Aomori City, this one had a niboshi (small dried sardines) broth. I ordered the chashu-men which includes six large slices of chashu. I also ordered a seasoned boiled egg as a topping. At this shop, you can also order a larger size at no extra cost. The bamboo shoots were a little large for me, I prefer them sliced thinner or better yet, not included at all. The noodles buried underneath the chashu was quite good as well.

青森特有のラーメンでメインは煮干です。自分が注文したのは店のチャーシュー麺。見てる通り、チャーシューが多くて麺が見えません。あと味付け玉子をトッピングしました。大食いの方なら嬉しいことに大盛りにするのが無料です。個人的にメンマがちょっとでかすぎ。僕はもっと小さく切ったほうが好み。もしくはメンマなしのほうがもっと良い。チャーシューの下に隠れてる麺も美味しかった。
