Well, it's been a while since I updated my Aomori blog, I thought I would do so today. Digging back into the past, I'm featuring a post on when we went to have lunch at Cape Takano in Imabetsu way back in 2018 when we were still exploring Aomori Prefecture.
長い間個人ブログを更新してなかったため、今日はなんと更新することを決心。靑森に引っ越した頃で靑森県のあちこちを探索して、ある日は今別町の高野崎でランチを食べた。もう７年前の話だ。
The place is popular as a campground but there are a couple of restaurants that you could eat at as well. We went to the one called [Shinko Maru]. It's not only a restaurant but a souvenir shop as well and there is a small observation room on the second floor.
高野崎はキャンプ場でもあるが、３ヶ所くらいの食べる所がある。私たちが行ったのは「新光丸」という場所でした。飲食店だけではなく、お土産屋でもあるし、２階に小さな展望台がある。

Today's lunch set was a seafood bowl made with a fresh catch from today.
本日のメニューは店の海鮮丼。朝から取った魚を使用したものです。

I'm not sure if this is a tombstone or just a monument.
これは墓か普通の碑か分かりません。
"Love Spirit" monument? Or should that be translated as soulmates?
「恋魂碑」？恋の魂の碑？どういう意味だろ？そして「恋魂」はどうやって読むんだろ？
I believe this was our second or third trip here so we didn't go down to the ocean.
確か今回の旅は２・３回目だったので、海まで行かなかった。
Next, we went to the Imabetsu Roadside Station, [Asukuru].
次、道の駅今別半島プラザ「アスクル」。
Soft serve break time.
ソフトの時間です。
Next to the Roadside Station is the Tohoku Shinkansen Station, Okutsugaru-Imabetsu station.
道の駅の隣にあるのは東北新幹線の奥津軽・いまべつ駅。
There's a local train station here as well. The Tsugaru Futamata station on the Tsugaru Line. However, service will end on April 1, 2027.
ＪＲ津軽線の津軽二股駅がここにもある。でもネットで見たら、当駅は２０２７年、４月１日廃止することになってる。
Before we got home, we stopped off at a Taiyaki shop called [Tai Mu] (Mu being another way of reading the kanji character for "dream" which is [夢].
帰る前にたいやき「夢」に寄って行きました。
The taiyaki shop at this location is no longer there!
ここの場所のたいやき「夢」はもう閉店となった。
Later that evening, we went to a hotspring in Fujisaki Town called [Popeye].
夜は藤崎町にある温泉施設「ポパイ」に行きました。
And so ended our day of adventure.
そしてこの日の冒険の幕が閉じた。
