Blue Forest Chronicles: Shariki Road Trip in 2018 / 車力ロードトリップ２０１８年

Going back to our second full year of living in Aomori City, we've been exploring more of the prefecture. On our way there, I had my wife stop off at Daishaka Station. There are a lot of unmanned stations in Aomori and I've been taking pictures of the stations on the Ou Line, the Tsugaru Line, the Aoimori Railroad Line and others.

また２０１８年に戻って、私たちが東京から靑森に引っ越して２年目に入る。車も購入して、週末は靑森県内を探索してた。あるときは車力という場所に行き。その前に靑森県にある電車の無人駅をいろいろ訪ねてた。その１つが奥羽本線の大釈迦駅。

This is Daishaka Station. Definitely not much to look at.

なんの特徴もない無人駅、大釈迦駅。

Our first stop was a Jomon Site called the Kamegaoka Ruins located in Tsugaru City.

最初に行ってみたのはつがる市にある縄文サイトの亀ヶ岡遺跡。

The name of this dogu (clay figure) is Shako-chan.

このような土偶がこの辺に発掘した場所。しゃこちゃんと命名された。

We went here before the Hokkaido and Tohoku Jomon Sites were designated as a World Heritage Site.

私たちが行った時、まだ北海道北東北縄文遺跡群がまだ世界遺産に登録されてない時だった。

亀ヶ岡雷電宮。

Shariki Village which is now part of Tsugaru City is located on the coast of the Sea of Japan.

車力村西津軽群に位置する日本海に面した村。は２００５年つがる市発足により廃止さえた。

We came across the interesting looking domed building.

車力のビーチでこのドーム型の建物を発見。

And a giant propeller as well.

大きなプロペラも展示されてた。

I think the propeller was from this ship called the East Gull.

このプロペラがこの船「イーストガル号」のものだったかも。

We decided to take a closer look at this building.

この建物をもっと詳しく調べてみた。

It's the Shariki Sunset Dome. It's a facility where you can see the sunset over the Sea of Japan and is also the Seaside Community Center where you can camp outdoors.

車力サンセットドームという建物でした。日本海に沈む夕日が展望できる施設。アウトドアでキャンプもできるシーサイドコミュニティーセンター。

As we were heading home, we stopped by this little shrine that was kind of in the middle of nowhere.

帰りの途中でなにもないところで下記の神社に寄ってみた。
