Don's Aomori Visit (Final Day) / ドン 青森紀行 （最終日）

The date is August 7th. It's a Tuesday. The last day of the Nebuta Festival and also the end of my friend's vacation. We had no time to do anything in the morning as he must first take a flight back to Tokyo, then on to Los Angeles before making his final leg back to Seattle. Unfortunately for Don, I think he missed seeing the Aomori regional idols, Ringo Musume, being appointed as the ambassadors of Aomori Airport.

今日は８月７日。火曜日。本日はねぶたの最終日、そして、今日は友達のドンがアメリカに帰る日だ。朝に観光する時間もなくて、ドンを青森空港まで送ってあげた。ドンはこれから東京に戻って、飛行機を乗り換えって、ロス行き。またロスからシアトルへ。合計、２０時間以上のフライトになる。ドンの便がもうちょっと遅ければ、ドンも青森ご当地会アイドルのりんご娘も会えたかも。ドンが去ったあと、青森空港でりんご娘がなんかの家イエベントをやってた。彼女たちを見ながら、今日は青森空港の大師に任命されました。

After Don left, we watched Ringo Musume being appointed as ambassadors to Aomori Airport.

ドンが去ったあと、出発ロビでりんご娘の青森空港アンバサダーの任命イベントをちょっと見てました。

And this brings us to an end to Don's Aomori vist.

これでドンの青森紀行の幕が閉じた。

Slight update. I just talked to my friend Don. He did see Ringo Musume and said he was taking a video clip....only to find that he didn't have his camera set to video!  D'oh!!

アップデート。先ほどドンと話したら、ドンは飛行機に乗るまえにりんご娘を見たって。彼女たちを動画で撮ってたと彼が思ったが、動画機能オンするの忘れたみたい！残念！
