My wife and I tried another Indian restaurant again. This time, we went to Hachinohe and had lunch at a place called [Utsav]. I looked up on the Internet to see what the name means. It means "celebration" in Hindi.
先日僕と妻は八戸のインド料理店「ウサブ」に行きました。名前はどういう意味だろうと想って、ネットで調べたら、ヒンディー語で”お祝い”ということでした。
Aside from curry rice, there are sets you could choose from for lunch. My wife and I both chose the G set which includes chicken tikka and sheek kebab, naan and a mini bowl of rice, salad and chapati, a drink, and a choice of curries. The curries you could choose from are the daily special, (today was saag chicken), chicken, prawn, or keema egg. The choices of drinks for the set menus are lassi, coffee (hot or iced), orange juice, oolong tea, chai (hot or iced), mango lassi, cola, and ginger ale. You can also choose the spicyness of your curry from five levels, 0 being normal. I chose 3. My wife chose 2.
ランチメニューにカレーライスのみ以外に８種類のセットから選べる。僕と妻はGセットを絵注文しました。セットに付いてるのはチキンティーカ＆シークカバブ、ナン＆小ライス、サラダ＆インドチップス、ドリンクと好きなカレー２品。選べるカレーは日替わりカレー、チキンカレー、エビカレーとキーマエッグカレー。本日の日替わりはサグチキンカレー（ほうれん草チキンカレー）。僕が選んだのは日替わりとチキンカレー。妻が日替わりとエビカレー。飲み物はラッシー、コーヒー（ホットorアイス）、オレンジジュース、ウーロン茶、チャイ（ホットorアイス）、マンゴラッシー、コーラとジンジャーエール。私たちがマンゴラッシーを選びました。カレーのスパイスの量も選べる。普通からやや辛口、辛口、激辛と超激辛の5段階。
