Cafe and Restaurant [Dubois] / カフェ＆レストラン「デュボア」

One of the things I miss about living in Tokyo is going to all the different gourmet burger shops. I found one in Kuroishi called "Niche" but the last time we passed by the building, it was no longer there. "Goemon" in Kuroishi was another. Thankfully, still in business. There is also the "Ocean's Diner" in the A-Factory building near Aomori station. However, I discovered yet another one when my wife and I went to Hirosaki Park. I saw a large painting of a burger on a side of a building and had to go investigate. The name of the shop is called [Dubois]. Of course I talked my wife into having lunch there.

東京暮らしで恋しくなるのはやはりいろんなグルメバーガーショップ。青森に来て、ほんとんどありません。黒石で一軒発見しまたが、ちょっと前にそのバーガーショップがあったビルを通ったら、店はもう閉店になってました。黒石の小店通りにもう一軒発見しました。店名は「GOEMON」。まだ営業中です。青森市内なら青森駅の近くのA-Factoryの一階にある「オーシャンズ・ダイナー」があります。そして、弘前公園に行ったとき、気になるビルを目にした。ビルの壁に大きなハンバーガーの絵があて、調べてみたら、やっぱりバーガー屋でした。店名は「デュボア」。もちろんそこでランチをとることにした。

It has a very nice homey interior and an all female staff that makes the burgers.

アットホームな雰囲気でスタッフは全員女性。

I believe my wife ordered the same thing. Oh, and the taste was delicious! Outstanding!!

妻も同じバーガーを注文したと思う。味も最高！とっても美味しい！！

It was great to find yet another gourmet burger shop here up north. We will definitely be coming back to this place.
