Hidden Cafe [Cachette] / 隠れ家カフェ「カシェット」

More fun restaurant and food posts. I believe my wife discovered this hidden cafe called [Cachette] on the Internet. It is located in Kanagi in Goshogawara.

また飲食店と食べ物のネタです。確か妻がインターネットで発見した隠れ家的の飲食店。ゴショガワラ金木にある隠れ家カフェ「カシエット」。もちろん行ってみた。

I think the first time we went to this restaurant was in January of 2019. 

確か初めてこの店を訪ねた時は２０１９年１月。靑森の真冬です。

This was what the road conditions were like when we went. I can't remember if this was actually on our way to the restaurant or after we left. 

道路はこういう感じでしたな。行く前の時が、カフェを去ったあとか覚えてない。

Lunch was served with soup and salad. 

ランチはスープとサラダ付。

The salad included thin slices of apples. 

サラダにりんごも入ってた。

The soup was a consomme.

スープはコンソメでした。

My wife ordered the pasta. Mushroom and ham pasta. 

妻がハムときのこパスタを注文。

I had their Thai-styled green curry. 

僕が食べたのはタイ風グリーンカレー。

We were served some apples as well.

りんごはサービスで頂いた。

The lunch set also included a drink and dessert. 

ランチセットにドリンクとデザートも付いてた。

It was a cold winter day so we bought some hot sweet potatoes somewhere. And that ended our adventure for today. 

寒い冬の日だったので、帰りはどっかで焼き芋を買って食べました。そして今日の冒険が終了しました。

Ocean's Diner Spring Menu 2018 / オーシャンズ・ダイナー 春のメニュー ２０１８

My wife and I have Sundays and Mondays off so one Sunday in April of 2018, we decided to have lunch at [Ocean's Diner] which is located on the first floor of A-Factory, a building where you can buy Aomori regional products. The burger shop had a couple of new burgers for their spring menu.

僕と妻の公休日は日曜日と月曜日。２０１８年の４月に靑森市にある青森物産が販売してる施設のA-Factoryの１階にあるバーガー屋「オーシャンズ・ダイナー」でランチを食べに行った。春の新メニューがあり、その期間限定のバーガーを食べに行った。

On offer was a Gorgonzola Burger and a Carbonara Burger.

春で提供したバーガーはゴルゴンゾーラバーガーとカルボナーラバーガー。

The burgers are served with fries.

バーガーにポテトフライ付。

My wife had the Carbonara Burger as she doesn't like the smell of Gorgonzola cheese. 

妻がカルボナーラバーガーを注文しました。彼女はゴルゴンゾーの香りが苦手ってもんで。

I love Gorgonzola cheese so of course I chose the Gorgonzola Burger.

僕はゴルゴンゾーラチーズが大好きなので、もちろんゴルゴンゾーラバーガーを注文しました。

It was delicious.

美味しかったよ。
