It's spring now and most of the snow has melted from the 2022-2023 winter season. The sun has been showing its face more often and those white flakes falling from the sky are making themselves scarce. So I thought I would share the last few pictures of snow before the 2023/2024 season.

January 25 of this year as my wife was driving me to work. Nope, businesses don't close down as easily as they do in either Tokyo or Seattle.

土曜日、１月２８日。自分の職場の前です。
Across the street from the building our school is in is the Aomori Tourist Infomation Center.
職場があるビルの向かいに靑森観光案内所がある。
While I was waiting for my wife to come pick me up, I walked around for just a little while.

月曜日、１月３０日、書斎からの眺め。
We had a few snowless days and now you can see the road.
雪が数日降ってなかった為、道路が見えてきた。
I imagine we'll see the snow again around the end of October or sometime in November. I won't have to think about snow shoveling again until then.
今年の１０月末か１１月くらいにまた雪が戻ってるくると想う。その時期まで雪かきを考えなくて良いのだ。
