Jogakura Bridge in May / ５月の城ヶ倉大橋

Once again, we will be traveling back in time to our early days of living in Aomori. After buying our car, when weather permitted, we would go for drives to explore our new surroundings. On one of our weekends after Golden Week, we drove to Tashirotai in the Hakkoda Mountains. We stopped by the monument commemorating the Hakkoda Mountains Incident and then decided to go to the Jogakura Bridge.

また、タイムスリップして、青森に引っ越したばっかりの時期に戻りましょう。車を購入して、天気が良いに結構ドライブに出かけてました。今でもそうしてます。青森県民になってから初のゴールデンウィークの一週間後くらい、田代平に行き、後藤伍長の像を見に行き、それから城ヶ倉大橋を目指した。

My wife said this area is even more beautiful in the fall when the leaves change colors. We'll definitely be coming back here again.
